Refund policy

Returns / Exchanges
We do not accept returns/ refunds for any items, but will happily exchange your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene concerns, we will only perform exchange for items that are unworn, unused, unopened in its original packaging with tags. We will not accept any exchange on customised items (such as items with embroidered names). 

All charges incurred as the result of an exchange (ie. shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer's responsibility. Please contact us at zuukeeper@zuuie.co before you send back your orders, we will notify you once we've received and inspected the item. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
