Product Care & Sizing

Please follow the given care instructions by product level. Generally, we suggest to hand wash your products to maintain its good condition. Avoid tumble drying and bleaching your products.

We provide specific size chart for each of the product. For more information on how to measure your pet buddy, please refer to our sizing & measurement. Contact us if you still have any sizing issues.

Unfortunately we do not offer alteration services. It is highly recommended for customers to cross check our size charts and measurement guides before placing an order.

oRDER issues

Whether it be that there was a mistake in the shipping address or that you chose the wrong products, please email us as soon as possible so that we could correct it before the order gets shipped out.

Due to hygiene issues, we do not accept returns, but exchanges are possible within 14 days of order receipt. Please refer to our Return / Exchanges Policy for more information.

When you place an order on our website, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a summary of your purchase. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Shipping Issues

Not at this moment. We currently ship to Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and Taiwan customers only.

SF Express will be the default shipping courier for all orders. Shipping costs are calculated based on the actual weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order, and will be paid by customer upon parcel arrival. We offer free shipping for orders over HKD$500. For more information, please refer to our shipping policies.
