Delivery Service 送貨服

Our orders will be delivered via SF Express, customers can discuss with us via email zuukeeper@zuuie.co if there are any requirements regarding delivery arrangements before the ordering. We will do our best to meet customer requirements.

訂單將透過順豐進行配送。如果你在落單前有任何關於送貨安排的特殊要求，請通過電郵 zuukeeper@zuuie.co和我們聯繫，我們將盡力滿足你的要求。

Delivery Fee 運費

Free shipping on purchases over HKD$500. If customers want to choose self-pickup at SF Express stations / lockers, please contact us after placing the order. Self-pickup at SF Express stations / lockers may not be available for some larger items.

If the order is less than HKD$500 for a single purchase, shipping costs will be calculated based on the actual weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order, and will be paid by customers upon parcel arrival.

購滿HKD$500即可享受免運費服務。如果客戶選擇在順豐站/自助櫃自取，請在下單後聯繫我們。尺寸較大的物品，可能無法提供在順豐自助櫃自取的選項。如果單次購物金額未能滿足HKD$500，運費將根據訂單的實際重量、尺寸和目的地計算，安排貨到付款。

Shipping & Delivery 運送時間

The package will be prepared promptly once the order is confirmed. Generally, the package will be delivered to the courier company within 3 working days and delivered to the destination within 3 working days. Most orders will arrive within 7 working days.

*If customers fail to receive the package within 7 working days after the package is shipped, please do not hesitate to contact us.*

一旦確認訂單，我們將會儘快寄出包裹。一般情況之下，訂單將在7個工作日內送達。如果7個工作日內你未能收到包裹，請立即與我們聯繫。

Out of Stock/Discontinued products 缺貨/斷貨產品

Zuuie will do its best to ensure an adequate supply of products. If there is a shortage of the item after the order is placed, a refund will go to the customer's credit card or Paypal account within 10 working days.

Zuuie會盡力確保產品供應充足。如果在落單後發現商品缺貨，我們將在10個工作日內退款給你的信用卡或Paypal賬戶。
